Collaboration is critical to sustaining California's water resources for current and future generations. CWAC welcomes the participation of organizations genuinely committed to addressing our shared water challenges.
Interested in becoming a member of CWAC?
Membership in the California Water Action Collaborative is open to companies and not-for-profits at the organizational level that are committed to actively improving water security in California for people, business, agriculture and nature, and that have secured a written or verbal endorsement from a current CWAC member organization.
CWAC members are expected to contribute to the Collaborative through:
Active participation in regular calls and meetings
Commitment to collective action within 6 months of joining the Collaborative
Financial support for CWAC's contracted facilitation services, and
Participation in respectful dialogue with an openness to collaboration with other members.
If your organization is interested in formally joining CWAC, please first refer to our member overview document to fully review eligibility and participation guidelines. Then, fill out the interest form below. Organizations that cannot commit to ongoing member expectations may be invited to endorse CWAC's vision as a formal "CWAC Ally."
Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the CWAC Steering Committee. A representative will be in touch shortly. Thank you for your interest!
